By using Helpal, you agree to follow platform rules, including Academic Integrity and Prohibited Requests. Helpal is a learning-support marketplace with escrow and auditing.
Key rules
- No academic misconduct, impersonation, or prohibited requests.
- Experts must provide learning support (feedback/notes), not “ready-to-submit” cheating content.
- Students remain responsible for what they submit to their institution.
- Payment is held in escrow and released on approval, subject to dispute policy.
Account actions
We may restrict, suspend, or terminate accounts for policy violations or suspected misuse. We may refuse transactions that appear prohibited.
Limitation
Helpal does not guarantee grades, academic outcomes, or acceptance by institutions. We provide a structured learning support flow and a dispute process.
